This "backtrack" is just an effect of queued commands, which get overflowed by fakelag aka not sending a packet. The amount of time you can HistoryAim aka backtrack people is 200ms + Your ping. No matter what server you are on. The only cap is sv_unlag, which represents time of saved data by server. Default here is 1s, so even if you get 5000 ping you can backtrack people by 1s max.
