Yes, but it only works on 32bit windows. Mike has a guide for dualbooting though

Yes, the VIP panel says it's undetected and I have been using it for 5 days without any ban(s).

yes it's undetected.
At the moment we provide a kernelmode security only for 32 bit systems with SecurEye; 64 bit system can decide to use at own risk the old client that is still in usermode(ring3) or dual boot to a 32 bit OS
