How "Undetected" Are these hacks?

I am considering buying a lifetime subscription and boosting some of my alt's on CSGO to higher ranks, but before i do so, how legit is the "undetected guarantee" ? I understand Overwatch bans if you arent carefull, but are there any VAC Bans using this product on record?

Honestly every client can't get a VAC Detection it just depends but aimware's been pretty good on vac bans.

I've never had any of my 6 accounts VAC'd yet, I've had two overwatch bans but that was because I was an idiot with it. You shouldn't get any bans as long as you play smart.

How do we know if cheat is detected? Is there any special procedure to check if hack is detected or not?

In addition to my question, I have heard that valve is issuing banned via HWID if you got previously banned, then your HWID is already flagged. Is it true? Will I be still safe if I use aimware even if I got banned before?

So only way to know that it's detected is someone got banned or you announced it. Is there any other way that we can have a clue that the hack is not safe to avoid being detected just in case you guys haven't announced it yet? Don't get me wrong I'm just making sure that I am safe before I buy.
