paypal problem

getting angry, tryed it now every day and it doesnt work via paypal, not with chrome, explorer, mozilla, safari or phones browser.
Also the paypal hotline couldnt help me, so what can i do now? any other things?

I got the same Problem, i purchased a Prepaid Mastercard which should arrive tomorrow and purchase it with this card on paypal

ok, i called the paypal bitches again and they couldnt help me again, they just said, that paypal rejects my request, but they cant say why. After i told him that some friends bought aimware, he was speechless... i asked him what to do now and he couldnt help me.
so anyone got an idea?

Send money to your paypal account via your bank and pay with the paypal funds
