Lost VIP account

Hello, Im not sure if this is the current place to post but basically i lost my vip account and unable to access it again and no longer have access to my email. i was hoping there was a way to claim the account back? it is using this HWID, i have username, email, date i purchased the master package and the price it was at the time. I will also be able to find anymore information if it is required.
