Buying the cheat from another pc

hey guys, i have no paypal so my friend would buy the cheat for me. But my question is if he buys the cheat is the HWID tied to his pc then? Or how does it work because he'll buy it from another pc.

As long as you don't run the loader it won't be locked to any pc.
