Will my account automatically be charged?
How would I connect the download / client to my game?

you decide when you want to renew your subscription, theres no automatic payments

once you buy and you are automatically activated ( the system process the payments each 5 minutes circa ) you can read the instructions inside this page http://aimware.net/forum/thread-10.html

What about after my subscription are over and I repurchase again, will hardware ID will be 3 again?

we switched back with the old hardware id system so you have pretty much unlimited resets available
