I'm trying to purchase the lifetime CS GO hack, but for some reason paypal is saying both my Visa and MasterCard aren't accepted. I'm not sure if it's because of the different currency or what(I'm from the US). Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

Try changing your paypal currency to CHF.
