Can't get old password back?

I purchased a life time edition for cs:go and have recently got back into cheating again. I tried the password reset and checking my email however I have not got a password reset email. Can someone please send a reactivation email as I am just not receiving one or can I get some advice on what to do, I am desperate to get the account back as I am going on holiday soon and this is my last day with a computer.
