Error everytime trying to purchase L4D2 pack

I've been trying to purchase the L4D2 cheatpack through the day and I can't, every time I get this error:

Is it AIMWARE sided or Paypal sided? (I've made another purchase in this day with paypal too.)

This is a problem caused by paypal. You probably don't have enough funds. Try converting your currency to CHF.
