Purchased for wrong account

I'm not sure if this is in the correct section or not and if not i apologize. But i just bought a month of cheats and accidentally bought them for the wrong user who has a name similar to mine is there a way i can get a refund of some sort or transfer them to this account instead?

PM zim with your paypal email, transaction ID and the account for who you accidentally bought the sub.
