unable to login to my lifetime subscription account

I've used to same details for my other account and its not letting me login, ive tried resetting my password but it wont let me because its saying its the wrong email address and I've got all the digital receipts and such for the purchase.

This problem hasn't been resolved yet, the person you've asked me to contact isn't responding and its been days. Is there any other way i can solve this issue? i have the payment information and evidence that it was my account that was linked to the email if needs provided.
