I have been using Aimware since 04-21-2017 (I've had two accounts, can't remember why I switched accs)
This is my review after hundreds of hours of use. Only writing this review for the CSGO Cheat though I do own the master package.
Website
Aimware's website is superior to every other cheat I've seen, its simple and works, it isn't some over-designed garbage that is hard to navigate for the sake of looking cool, and it doesn't look like some 7th graders first website in his "web design" class. That's all there is to say.

Injector
Same story as above, just wish we didn't have to re-download it every time, but security comes at a price, and in this case the price is convenience.

Menu
The menu looks incredibly clean, everything is well organized and it is customizable if you don't like the colors. It takes a few minutes to figure out where everything is but it sticks.

Legitbot
Customizable from completely undetectable all the way to blatant, I haven't been called out in months and thats even with strong settings that should be obvious, everything about the legitbot is good and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Ragebot
I don't do HvH often, but using some configs found on the forums or even just messing around with the settings I get quite a few taps. Its good but I'm not educated enough to give it a real review

Visuals
Wonderful. Only thing more I could ask for is filtering what items show up in the ESP rather than simply whether or not they do.

Misc
Almost everything works and the things that don't work on some servers work on others.
Skinchanger
It's just a skin changer, nice to mess with float and seed and skins, includes everything but sadly you cannot put skins on weapons that don't normally have that skin, RIP whiteout scout dreams.

Probably the best thing to ever come to this cheat, opens many possibilities.

In my nearly 2 years of use I have never been banned while using Aimware, your friends are memeing you when they tell you aimware gets VACed

Overall
Best P2C, though it still has a couple things that could be improved, its not realistic to expect perfection. I have no regrets about buying lifetime masterpackage.
