Clear your cookies and after that try to download the client again.
If that dont work contact a admin for example viCe or swissguy

I cleaned cookies and still doesnt work... dont have client and VIP...

For the next time. You need to wait up to 10 minutes, before you get the VIP title, and get acces to the forum, and client.
