About the cheat

I've used Aimware like two years ago (using another account that I forgot it credentials), I stopped playing CS. Back then, I was using the cheat for so loong, but never got overwatched or VACed or anything.

1. I don't care about Overwatch ban because I'll make sure it's not blatant, I want to know about VAC though, how solid it is and when were the last ban wave where Aimware users got affected?
2. I care about spectators from my team in competitive, how legit can it look? I mean is it possible that I'm aiming at the feet and he'll get a headshot and whoever is watching will easily tell If I'm hacking?
3. People could notice when I'm stopping and changing the settings, so If I know people are watching me, is there is any button in the cheat to completly and instantly disable it?

4. I remember back then, there was the need of running Windows using DisableGuard. Is that the still the case or It's as easy as double clicking and go?
5. Is it easy to find legit configs? I remember a section here where  people share that. I know it should be visible after I become a VIP member and buy the cheat.

2) The "how legit it looks" is all about your configuration. You can set smoothing, curving, randomization and everything else.
3) Yes, you can set a panic key
4) You can just add the loader to your windows defender exclusions.
5) Yes, there is a section where the users share their configs.

The panic key is to disable and enable or just disable?

Let's say I know there are spectators, and I want to disable it during taht period, can I enable it back for the next round or I must retard the game and the cheat etc.?

Yes, you can enable / disable everything with a toggle. There is a specific key for unloading the cheat.
