PayPal Issues

I'm trying to purchase the lifetime cheat for CS:GO (using the code twitter7) and keep running into the same issue. Once I go log into PayPal, it asks me to verify my identity via my phone number, and thus I enter it but when I attempt to continue it says "Sorry, it doesn't look like the phone number belongs to you" and it's quite frustrating. Could somebody give possible solutions or one of the admins give me lifetime and I'd send the funds directly to a specific PayPal?
