Some of the cheats are clickable and red, whilst others (ones I'd actually like to use) are gray and not clickable. What does this mean? Are red cheats undetected/updated and the gray ones aren't? Are the gray ones not included in the package?

I've been thinking about buying the master package for a little while now, I might do so in the future however I have question about the cheats included.
Some of the cheats are clickable and red, whilst others (ones I'd actually like to use) are gray and not clickable. What does this mean? Are red cheats undetected/updated and the gray ones aren't? Are the gray ones not included in the package?
