New account/Name change

Hey, I have been a casual customer for the best part of a year and I am looking to buy the master package for lifetime but I don't really want this gay ass name anymore since it's based off a year old inside joke. Before I buy, is there any way to change my name and if not, would it be against TOS for me to make a new account (given I am not ban evading)? Thanks. 8=D
