What If Paypal does not work?

Hello There All,

I'm really new to these things even new to forums.
So I'll be quick.

I live in Turkey and Paypal is not eligible or working in Turkey anymore.
I have a visa card and that is all I got.

Is there still a way that I can buy and actively use everything both in forum and in game?
