So I saw mar1k's post about foreign countrys but I am from America and I am trying to buy the lifetime with a visa giftcard with 142 USD on it and its saying its denied. Any way to help me?

Buy an alternative, like a skin or a steam gift card mar1k accepts them.

Correct I forgot to mention any fees but he also just didn't convert over currencies. @Squiffy might have thought that aimware was in USD.
