reupping subscription for someone else

I have a few questions.

1. does anyone have a coupon code that i can use.

2.  Am i able to reup someone's subscription for them?  I know if i go thru the purchase process i can put in the forum username, can i simply put in my friends username to renew his subscription?  It would be much easier than transferring money back and forth thru paypal.
