Payment Paypal trouble

i have a Prepaid $25 visa card and Im trying to use paypal to pay for cheat for 1 month, but its getting declined. Its being accepted at other places like steam and other merchants, everythin but aimware. Currently it has $25. Can a moderator contact me as to what I can do. I can give you the card information if needed, and you can charge me from your end and add the cheat to my account. I trust you guys with that. So please help me out here. I've been using aimware for long time, dn't wanna stop cause shitty paypal wanna reject it.
