I had disable the all anti cheat and also window defender , I am using IE to download but cannot, always interrupted , why ???? I try 2 days dude

oke now done with firefox , but when connecting till loading , it just only till please wait , n I just can connected , I run the apps then login , then stucked on please wait !! how ?
