You guys charged me 2 times and i still didnt get my subscriptions

I need your help ASAP I wanted to buy your cheat and i tried 2 times and i kept getting an error and it said that the payment didnt go through, but i checked my paypal and it went through 2 times! and I come on here and I dont have my subscription. So can you send both payments back or send one payment back and give me the subscription for one of them. like this is a big deal you took so much money from me. please fix this as soon as possible!
