Hi! It was a while now since i bought a cheat due to haven't been playing for a while. Now i see it say under requirements that you need usb pendrive? So i have to start the cheat from a usb drive now?

yes you need an usb now, but you can also use the loader in insecure mode, therefore not requiring an usb, but its less safe.
