csgo how safe is it? tips to not get banned

before buying i wanted to know how safe is it to use wall, and how to not get banned.

and what about aim, is there a way to not be so obvious spinning around and making insta headshots?

how many reports do i need to get overwatch? is it true that if i draw the match i dont get overwatch or ban?
if nobody reports me, is there a chance to get banned anyway?
