Got few questions before I buy

Hello everyone!
I want to buy the hack for CS:GO but before I do that I would love to ask 2-3 questions about that.

I've noticed a guy keep spamming aimware.net at the chat after few rounds and it was stupid and easy detect. So if I buy will I have the same problem with it?

2)
Is it playable on Competitive mode?

1) You won't get VAC banned or game banned for using this feature, you will probably get kicked by teammates though.
2) Yes.

I literally spam that in chat all the time in-game. It won't instigate a ban.
