My payement has been proceeded but didn't receive the sub

I just bought the 30 days sub, after I did it redirected me here and said internal error or someshit, the payment however says that it's completed on my paypal :
 

wait 24 hours, if you dont get it then pm zim with the error you are getting and payment info.
