question on master package

if i buy master package while a cheat is offline(H1,insurgency,etc...) and it comes online while i'm subbed, do i get acces to the cheat or not. and will i get access to new cheats when they release?

if an offline cheat gets online again you will get access,also you will have access to future cheats.
