Some background, I've been playing since I was 12 during 1.5/1.6 days (I'm 25 now), and started cheating since I got into Global Offensive.
I've used a few other providers before coming here, and I'm more than satisfied with the features this software has to offer.
Legit Features:
Aimbot: 10/10
The aimbot is absolutely insane, without being obvious and 'snapping'.
Once you dial the settings in (and there are tons of threads with examples of settings), it looks and feels so natural, you sometimes forget you're aimbotting. With the Recoil Control System (RCS), it will automatically "drag" your cursor down to control the recoil of the weapon -- it works damn near flawlessly, allowing you to spray people down from across the maps.
The only thing to remember is that with spread on, generally spraying with "Chest" selected will net you headshots. I personally play with Stomach on, to avoid looking suspicious.
Triggerbot: 8/10
The only reason the triggerbot is not 10/10 for me is because I was spoiled with the old version with nospread / seed. Valve patched the exploit allowing for nospread, so it is no longer possible.
On its own, however, the triggerbot is extremely powerful. It makes for easy picking with the Awp or Scout, and looks extremely legit. Having a burst and delay setting also helps you avoid getting OW banned. I'm also a fan of triggerfiltering, and the new seed % option, allowing you to control when the triggerbot will actually go off.
Visuals: 10/10
I personally don't use ESP, to avoid getting OW banned. But having the option of having full ESP, with just the amount of info you need without cluttering up your hud is great. I'm a big fan of the chams -- they basically 'paint' the enemy a bright color, allowing you to quickly react to threats without tracing them through walls, and keeping great crosshair placement.
I also use the recoil crosshair -- it draws a dynamically sized circle around your crosshairs, showing you your current recoil grouping.
Another feature that is great is the Grenade Tracer -- it simulates the path of your grenades before you throw them, allowing you to make the perfect nade / smoke / flash every time. It's also extremely useful in finding new smoke or pop flash spots in maps.
Rage Settings: 10/10
I don't actually rage hack, when I do use these settings I make them as 'legit' as possible.
I personally turn off auto fire, set the FOV to extremely low, and use the Rage Hack with Silent Aim / PSilent Aim to assure our team wins eco rounds, pistol rounds, or to awp with when the trigger bot just isn't enough.
I know a lot of people are pissed right now about the massive VAC banwave, but I personally was not affected on either of my two accounts I cheated on every day.
Nothing but great things to say about Aimware -- even when triggerbot nospread/seed was patched, they released an updated version within 48 hours I believe.
