Pre-Sale Questions GTA V

Hello I got a few questions about the GTA client.

I only got experience in CS:GO and i know what to not do, and how to bypass VAC and OW easily. 

But in GTA i didn't cheat yet. What are the things I should be aware of when buying this cheat? Like
1. How much money to drop at a time
2. When will I get banned?
3. Can I just use another account when banned like in CS:GO? 
4. Are there any more things I need to take in account and which?

Dude thanks for the info. It seems like the AC for GTA is worse than VAC? LOL
