my boy tried to buy me sub via paypal, he has card and bank account added (has money in his bank) but when he tries to buy it shows

what could be tha problem?

İf you are in the turkish you cant buy it with paypal its blocked you can contact with mar1k for another method https://aimware.net/forum/thread-47678.html (bad english)
