Cant Use Pay Pal

Im trying to purchase PUBG sub and every time I try to log into paypal it says "Sorry, we cant complete your purchase at this time. I have tried multiple times. I dont even get a chance to choose payment method or try and complete transaction. I tried to post a SS but its too big

If u get the Return to Merchant message which i did too, i did clean the cookies and it worked the next time
