Let's be real. With people using freestanding/manual AA binds; the body peeks out first. Why would you put yourself at such a disadvantage? If you have head only on for instance, they're going to start shooting at you before you can shoot at them assuming that you'll ever be able to shoot at them because people only body peek.

yep i see your point but its not much skill just to one shot someone in the body well thats what i think anyway from being from the start of cs right upto now of hacking

There is not much skill in HvH at all. You unplug until your opponent moves and then peek when they're moving because they can't do shit to you while moving.
