I heard binding Speedhack/Lag to one key makes the Server Crash, is that true and is there a guide how to in the private section?

No there's not. It works sometimes, but is not an advertised feature

I did make a guide on it for the people who posted and asked how to do it. It seems it is very Internet dependent, there has been people with under 100mbit upload and they can't crash the server.
