First of all yes you can get banned, second of all im pretty sure they dont accept steam cards

You can be VAC banned if the cheat gets detected. The cheat is currently undetected and has not been detected for 6 months or so.
You can be banned by Overwatch if you get 11 reports every 24 hours and this all depends on how hard you're cheating. If you're cheating softly, you will most likely not be banned.
If you get banned, no one at AIMWARE will buy you another CS:GO copy.
