Safe 2 Play?

Hey guys, i have just a simple Question. Is this Safe 2 Play? I mean on MM, could it be possible to get untrusted while playing as legit as hell? or is there a new anti cheat system createt by valve ? I realy dont know much about Cheating so i hope you answer me that.

currently there is a weird issue few people reported that they got banned but others (including me) arent banned
I report back if the situation is more clear

ofc its safe use this cheat since 40 matches and still not banned, easy
