I purchased the CS:GO cheat with my Paypal balance. I was charged. I am not VIP and I am unable to acces to download page. I also got a message after the purchase saying something about the order being canceled, but I checked Paypal and I have been charged. I have not gotton a refund or anything and I am basically just unable to use the cheat wich I bought.
