Lifetime

I want to buy lifetime and have the money for it currently but I've heard that if I buy lifetime and end up getting a different PC I won't be able to change my HWID, I'm not trying to lose 110$ for something I won't be able to use as directed, can somebody confirm that if I buy a new PC in the future that I will be able to change my HWID?

as long as the pc it's yours you will get any HWID reset you want.

One of my friends said that when he tried to he wasn't allowed to reset it, I have a shitty PC right now and plan on upgrading soon and don't want to buy this if I can't change my HWID eventually. So I can 100% change my HWID as many times as I want down the road?
