Secure eye for 64 bit?

Hey guys I can't access VIP any more, was just wondering is the the secure eye security available for 64 bit yet. (I have windows 8.1 64bit) I need to know before I buy VIP again, thank you. And also, if it is, would you mind letting me know how long it has been active for, thanks :)
