About master package.

Hey, I have question, because if I actually buy a master package now, am I able to download PUBG and H1Z1 cheat now? As I see it's for some reason disabled, that's why I am asking and second is that Zim's answers on the two threads made me confused, would be nice to get an answer.

you will get every cheat and new releases but you cant use disabled cheats obviously
