Extremely hard to be banned.
Used teleport + explosive bullets + aimbot to kill everyone in session, got mass reported and kicked more than 5 times and also beat some world records in racing with 10+ players.
Also I have dropped myself +100mi over 6 accs and billions to other players (now rip as 40k was patched), but still dropping for others sometimes. None of us were banned.
