I'd like my subscription paused.

My subscription has not been paused and I would appreciate it if it were considering I have yet to use the aimware client.

If it could be reset back to 360 days until I'm actually able to use the client, then that would be lovely.

Subscriptions are paused. Maybe you should read before you make threads.

My subscription has not been paused. It's at 358 days when it should be at 360.

And, I would have used the support on the front page of the website if it had actually worked.

That's because admins let the subscription time run down then they credit back the lost VIP time every 1-3 days
