Subscription cut short?

I purchased a month of Aimware, and left it on renewal. It renewed itself and told me I had until July 8th, then I cancelled the renewal system. 5 days later my month subscription is gone. I was told to ask for help on forums. Can admins/staff members help me?

Through paypal you have it setup as a subscription system.
