Csgo Undetectable or Detectable?

I Need people to be Clear as Possible.

For any Cheat/Hack i Use on CS:GO Will i get banned? Like if im not using it ovbiously. Like if no one reports me will i get banned? that might not make Sense but im saying if i boot the hack up will i get VAC Banned before i can even use it?

You risk getting vac banned until the new security is out.
