GTA Mods Limits

Hi I'm new to this forum and I am about to buy the GTA 5 PC Mods but before I do I would like to know what I should be cautious about and what I can do without risking a ban. Please just tell me things that you will probably get banned for and how safe this cheat is. Also is there a limit I should do when I do cash drops? Thanks!
