Purchase with CSGO Skins

I tried to purchase with CS:GO skins but I had to purchase a Steam Wallet code on G2A for $42 when I only had $30 in CSGO Skins. It says Steam Skins are a form of purchase but I have to put it through G2A and buy a Steam Card for $42 which I don't have, only $30. Could I get some help?
