They all have an anticheat client, if I have cheated before but have deleted the .exe for aimware and dont have any cheat what so ever is there still a chance it will detect me?

Most likely yes since AIMWARE waits until CSGO is up and by the time you run that client, you gonna get banned.

Deleting the AIMWARE.exe file won't do anything.
