Installing aimware question

Hi,
I tried to buy a cheat from iwantcheats but apparntly I can't change the boot settings on my computer and can there for not install it, trying to find another cheat if they can't help me and would like to ask if aimware is the same or what I need / have to do to install it (just so I don't waste time and money buying another cheat I can't use)
