Hacks for 2 Different games

I have bought hacks for both CS:GO and Dota 2.
0 complaints about the CS:GO hacks, they work really well and have had no problems at all but, the Dota 2 hacks do not work at all, they cause the game to crash so there is no point in having them and also have been unable to contact anybody for either a swap to another subscription or refund but no admin is to reply.
